Guest Policy. Golf and tennis are available at seasonal rates; however, restrictions may apply. Please check with the Leasing Office for additional information and reservation policies. Check-In 3:00 pm Tenants may receive their key packet at the hotel lobby of La Quinta Resort & Club®. Check-Out 11:00 am Please return all keys and garage door openers to the Leasing Office. Please note: there is a re-keying fee for keys not returned. Deposits and rents are required at least 45 days in advance of occupancy. Deposits do not apply toward rent. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days after departure, less any damages, including key replacement fee. In the event a reservation must be cancelled the following restrictions will apply: If written notice is received 45 days prior to the start of tenancy, payment of rents and deposits will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of the start of tenancy, a refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. No pets are allowed. Rates are subject to change.
