In the Los Estados neighborhood of Santa Rosa Cove we have several larger single-family homes with three and four bedrooms. The four bedroom Taos has a separate casita for the fourth bedroom. The Sonora, Santa Fe and Sedona all have three bedrooms. The Sonora has a separate casita for the third bedroom. Many of these fairway homes have a private pool and spa and range from 2,405 to 3,508 square feet in size.

Nestled up against the Santa Rosa Mountains you will find the gated community of Santa Rosa Cove. These privately owned homes and condominiums provide comfortable and relaxing daily, weekly and monthly accommodations in the luxurious setting of the world famous La Quinta Resort and Club.
Select one of our two, three or four bedroom condominiums and single-family homes. The Anacapa floor plan has two bedrooms; some have an extra “bonus” room, which can double as a third bedroom. Three bedroom floor plans include the Capistrano, Seville and La Quinta, all of which have a separate casita for the third bedroom. The Cadiz and Chapala models have all three bedrooms under one roof. These homes range from 1,389 to 2,194 square feet in size.
All communities at PGA WEST are gated and have access within four homes to a community pool and spa. Each home has a barbeque, indoor laundry facilities, and private garage. Because all homes are uniquely decorated by the owners, within each community, there are standard, premium and deluxe categories, based on level and quality of décor and amenities within the home. All of these communities are just a mile or so from the PGA WEST Stadium Clubhouse and a few miles from the Greg Norman Clubhouse. These communities are also just minutes away from La Quinta Resort & Club, where guests can take advantage of Camp La Quinta kids club, luxury pool area, tennis courts and other amenities of the resort (fees may apply for some activities).
Greens/MedalistSituated around the lakes of the golf course, these homes offer dramatic lake, waterfall and fairways views. Although these two- or three-bedroom and two bathroom homes are designed in two-story buildings, the homes are generally either all first or all second floor homes. One unique feature of these homes is that the bedrooms are situated quite separate from each other – perfect for two couples traveling together or parents who need to be able to sleep through the night. One of the bathrooms features a soaking tub and the comfortable living space has a fireplace. This is the most affordable of the PGA WEST communities.
Champion
With all homes situated on the golf course, these attached homes offer spectacular fairway views and many have mountain views as well. Each has a small courtyard entry; two or three bedrooms; two or three bathrooms, one with a soaking tub; dine-in kitchen; and formal dining room. All are uniquely decorated and some have a fireplace as well.

Situated on the greens of the golf course, the views of the fairways and mountains are spectacular. These homes have three or four bedrooms, all with private bath, and sliding glass doors that open to the courtyard or patio. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate shower. One of the bedrooms may be decorated as a den with a sleeper sofa. The dine-in, upgraded kitchen opens to a comfortable a sitting room. The home also features a formal dining room, guest half-bath and fireplace. These homes are only partially attached and do not share any walls with another home.
Custom
These spectacular homes are all free-standing, sharing no walls with another home, and are all situated on the golf course offering dramatic views. The gorgeous gated entry opens to a large landscaped courtyard. Enjoy the views and the fabulous desert weather from the large lanai, and most of these homes have private pools as well. These highly styled homes feature three or four bedrooms, each with a private bath. One of these bedrooms is a free standing casita with separate entry. The casita may be one or two rooms (i.e., may have a bedroom and sitting room). The large master bedroom features a sitting area and walk-in closet, and the master bath has a soaking tub, separate shower and built-in vanity table. The spacious floor plan offers a large living area including an upgraded dine-in kitchen, formal dining room and fireplace.
