Santa Rosa Cove
Nestled up against the Santa Rosa Mountains you will find the gated community of Santa Rosa Cove. These privately owned homes and condominiums provide comfortable and relaxing daily, weekly and monthly accommodations in the luxurious setting of the world famous La Quinta Resort and Club.
Select one of our two, three or four bedroom condominiums and single-family homes. The Anacapa floor plan has two bedrooms; some have an extra “bonus” room, which can double as a third bedroom. Three bedroom floor plans include the Capistrano, Seville and La Quinta, all of which have a separate casita for the third bedroom. The Cadiz and Chapala models have all three bedrooms under one roof. These homes range from 1,389 to 2,194 square feet in size.
All communities at PGA WEST are gated and have access within four homes to a community pool and spa. Each home has a barbeque, indoor laundry facilities, and private garage. Because all homes are uniquely decorated by the owners, within each community, there are standard, premium and deluxe categories, based on level and quality of décor and amenities within the home. All of these communities are just a mile or so from the PGA WEST Stadium Clubhouse and a few miles from the Greg Norman Clubhouse. These communities are also just minutes away from La Quinta Resort & Club, where guests can take advantage of Camp La Quinta kids club, luxury pool area, tennis courts and other amenities of the resort (fees may apply for some activities).

One of the bedrooms may be decorated as a den with a sleeper sofa. The dine-in, upgraded kitchen opens to a comfortable a sitting room. The home also features a formal dining room, guest half-bath and fireplace. These homes are only partially attached and do not share any walls with another home.
These spectacular homes are all free-standing, sharing no walls with another home, and are all situated on the golf course offering dramatic views. The gorgeous gated entry opens to a large landscaped courtyard. Enjoy the views and the fabulous desert weather from the large lanai, and most of these homes have private pools as well. These highly styled homes feature three or four bedrooms, each with a private bath. One of these bedrooms is a free standing casita with separate entry. The casita may be one or two rooms (i.e., may have a bedroom and sitting room).
