The property is presented as brand new and in truth it is quite dated. The fan in the master bath is broken and the toilet doesn't work quite right. The check in is completely confusing and is at least 10-15 miles from the property... No one ever answers the phone at the property management number.
we had a bad overall experience with the plumbing. the hot water heater did not work and it took the better part of 4 days to replace it. the shower valves in both bathrooms were very difficult to operate . my wife couldn't pull them on . once on they would not hold a steady temperature. management seemed to be understaffed as they were slow to respond and either didn't answer the phone or took a long time to respond. the property is not fit for occupancy with the old plumbing fixtures .
